CRM & Lifecycle Senior

About the Role

Silqfi is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Senior to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on managing the customer journey from onboarding through retention, utilizing CRM tools to enhance user activity, reduce churn, and foster long-term engagement across all brands. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the onboarding journey for newly acquired customers across all brands.
• Build and maintain retention journeys and lifecycle flows using CRM tools.
• Segment users based on behavior, activity, and lifecycle stage to personalize communication.
• Identify churn risks early and develop automated flows to re-engage inactive users.
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, timing, and channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp) within lifecycle campaigns.
• Track key retention metrics such as activation rate, churn rate, and repeat usage, and report on journey performance.
• Collaborate with the business team to align lifecycle campaigns with product updates and offers.
• Coordinate with the Creative team for content and assets required within CRM journeys.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in managing CRM/lifecycle marketing, preferably within fintech or a subscription/transactional product environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools such as Braze, CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user segmentation, retention strategies, and churn reduction techniques.
• Ability to work with data to track performance and identify patterns in user behavior.
• Experience running multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
