This full-time position is based in the Eastern Province, specifically in Dammam, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. Role Overview

The Deputy FP&A Manager will serve as the second-in-command within the Financial Planning & Analysis function. This position involves supporting financial planning, managing business performance, conducting profitability analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making, and fostering cross-functional business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Drive monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
• Lead profitability analysis across products, channels, and customers.
• Support pricing strategies, promotions, and commercial decision-making.
• Develop financial models and scenario planning tools.
• Drive cost-saving and productivity initiatives.
• Support strategic investments and business expansion efforts.
• Lead initiatives related to ERP, reporting automation, and data governance.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and provide support to the FP&A Director.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• A CMA, CFA, or MBA qualification is considered an advantage.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant financial planning and analysis role.
