Event Project Manager

Eventive Group is seeking an Event Project Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in event management.

The Role

The Event Project Manager will oversee various event projects from their initial concept through to successful completion. This includes ensuring that all projects adhere to the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Projects may encompass corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Translate client briefs into clear requirements and practical execution plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams across creative, production, operations, and logistics.
• Source, brief, and manage suppliers, contractors, venues, and other event partners.
• Track costs, review quotations, and manage changes to the agreed scope and budget.
• Oversee venue readiness, production schedules, transportation, staffing, and event logistics.
• Prepare event schedules, team briefings, and contingency plans.
• Lead on-site setup, rehearsals, live delivery, and dismantling.
• Identify risks early and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Coordinate applicable permits, venue requirements, and health and safety arrangements.
• Complete post-event reporting, budget reconciliation, and performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing events from planning through on-site delivery.
• A track record of delivering multiple projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of event production, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Excellent client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence leading teams and making decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends when required by event schedules.
