About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests beyond just serving food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer a range of services that enhance the guest's meal.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking. Tasks involve moving on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; reading and visually checking information (*, menus); and handling objects. This includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. The role also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. The ability to perform these tasks effectively is essential for customer satisfaction and business operations.
