About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for a full-time position at AL Nakheel Mall in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional guest experience within the retail environment.

Role Overview

The Fashion Consultant is responsible for driving individual and collective sales while ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves supporting the implementation of key customer and people initiatives in-store, contributing to business reviews through data collection, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience to all customers.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other customer and people initiatives in-store.
• Collect data on customer behavior, top-selling products, and slow-moving items for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure click and collect services are conducted within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is accurately captured according to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail or a similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located at AL Nakheel Mall in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a dynamic retail environment, requiring active engagement with customers and team members.
