The Role: Fitness Equipment Technician

Active Fitness Store is seeking a Fitness Equipment Technician to join its growing team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of various fitness equipment to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and commission commercial and home fitness equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of gym equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in fitness equipment.
• Conduct equipment testing and ensure proper functionality after installation.
• Visit customer locations for installation and service calls.
• Ensure safe handling, transportation, and installation of equipment.
• Prepare service and installation reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for delivery and installation schedules.
• Provide customers with basic guidance on equipment operation and usage.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical field. A foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is beneficial for effective troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves working both independently and collaboratively, often requiring travel to various customer locations to provide on-site service and support.
