About the Role

Hays is seeking a Fund Manager Real Estate for a leading regional investment firm. This full-time, senior role is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and involves leading and expanding the firm's Real Estate Funds platform. The position reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and is central to the firm's alternative investment strategy.

Role Overview

The Fund Manager Real Estate will be responsible for shaping fund strategy, driving portfolio performance, and cultivating investor relationships within a growing real estate investment platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant real estate deals across the region and involves direct collaboration with the CIO.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the firm's Real Estate Funds strategy and platform.
Identify opportunities for new funds and investment vehicles.
Oversee performance across the existing real estate portfolio.
Review investment recommendations prior to Investment Committee submission.
Monitor portfolio performance, diversification, and liquidity.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions, and developers.
Originate new fund, co-investment, and joint venture opportunities.
Ensure full alignment with regulatory and governance standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Real Estate Funds team.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated capability in real estate fund management and investment strategy.
Experience in managing and growing real estate investment platforms.
