About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement with guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and transactions are seamlessly integrated into their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and offering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handling operational needs and responding promptly to guest requests.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Sharing information on local points of interest with guests.
• Ensuring guests perceive transactions as part of their overall experience.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality.
• Respecting quality standards and ensuring professional appearance and communication.
• Performing all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It also involves hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance. Candidates must be able to perform these tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No related work experience is required (0-1 years of experience).
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific license or certification is required.

Work Environment

The Guest Experience Expert will operate within the hotel environment, interacting directly with guests and supporting various operational needs to ensure a high standard of service. This is a full-time position.
