About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Installation Commissioning & Warranty (ICW) to lead a global organization responsible for ICW activities across all regions. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and reports directly to the VP Global Project Management. The role involves driving a globally aligned ICW operating model and leading the transformation and harmonization of global ICW execution from project handover through commissioning to warranty closure.

Role Context and Organizational Impact

As Head of ICW, you will provide disciplinary leadership for key ICW organizations and functional leadership across regional ICW entities worldwide. This position influences an international setup of approximately 40 employees and additional functional ICW resources. The role contributes to the Transformation of Industry division, which focuses on decarbonizing the industrial sector through increased electrification, efficiency, and the rising demand for green H2 and derivative fuels. This division enables the transition to sustainable processes, leveraging a strong industrial customer base, global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global ICW organization across regions, combining direct leadership and functional guidance for worldwide ICW entities.
• Establish global governance, aligned execution standards, and clear priorities across all ICW units.
• Ensure excellence in Installation, Commissioning, and Warranty execution across projects, including contractual, technical, and commercial compliance.
• Lead and integrate Sales & Execution Support globally, ensuring robust bid support through cost estimation, execution strategy development, schedule planning, resource allocation, and risk & opportunity management.
• Define and implement a global ICW operating model, including standardized processes, tools, KPIs, and reporting structures.
• Oversee global field service and commissioning resource planning, including workforce and competency development.
• Act as senior escalation partner for customers and internal stakeholders, while driving lessons learned, CAPA, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership or technical role.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required for customer, project, and regional business needs.
