About the Role

TalentHive is supporting a well-established Saudi organization in the Eastern region, specifically Dammam, with the expansion of its operations. We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for full-time positions across various equipment categories. Operational Focus

Successful candidates will operate a diverse portfolio of heavy equipment, working alongside experienced operational and technical teams. Positions will be matched based on specific equipment experience, years of operation, and valid licenses/certifications. We are interested in operators with 5-10 years of experience across multiple equipment types.

Equipment Categories

We are seeking experienced operators for the following heavy equipment types:

• Crane Operators
• Forklift Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Bulldozer / Dozer Operators
• Wheel Loader Operators
• Grader Operators
• JCB / Backhoe Operators
• Bobcat / Skid-Steer Operators
• Roller / Compactor Operators
• Telehandler / Telescopic Operators
• Manlift Operators

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous professional experience operating one or more of the equipment types listed above.
• Valid Saudi license and/or relevant operator certification.
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and HSE procedures.
• Ability to carry out pre-operational inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Experience working within heavy equipment, construction, industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, or major project environments is advantageous.
• Ability to provide copies of relevant operator licenses and certificates upon request.
