About the Role

Hilton is seeking an HR Manager (Pre-opening) for its Hilton Airport property in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily human resources operations for the hotel, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will be instrumental in establishing HR functions during the pre-opening phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to cultivate a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage HR systems, including team member data management, tracking employment transitions, generating reports, and processing unemployment claims.
  • Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and acknowledge achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in human resources.
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to act with integrity and uphold ethical standards.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong belief in teamwork to achieve optimal outcomes.
