Job Responsibilities:- Drafting and reviewing contracts of all types in both Arabic and English.
- Preparing legal regulations, defense memos, appellate regulations, and requests for reconsideration.
- Experience in foreign investment systems for companies and the Capital Market Authority.
- Experience in labor and commercial cases.
- Familiar with the commercial bankruptcy system.
- Experience in establishing and liquidating companies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in law.
- 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in the field of law and legal consulting, commercial, civil, and labor judiciary.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and related international laws.
