- Expertise in foreign investment systems for companies and the Capital Market Authority.
- Experience in labor and commercial cases.
- Familiarity with commercial bankruptcy law.
- Expertise in company establishment and liquidation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 10 years of experience in legal practice and consultation (commercial, civil, labor).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and relevant international laws.
