HR Supervisor

About the Role

Logitera is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance with regulations. The HR Supervisor will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure all job descriptions are current and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Create and maintain an up-to-date compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
• Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
• Utilize performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
• Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
• Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
• Maintain and optimize HR systems and processes.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.
