About the Role

MSES Energy Services *** is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join its QHSE Department in Dammam. This full-time position is critical for supporting and maintaining high Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all company operations and field sites. A primary focus of this role involves ensuring stringent compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Identify unsafe conditions and practices, recommending and tracking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Conduct and support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and various HSE awareness activities.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, preparing comprehensive reports as required.
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with established safe work practices.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, checklists, and all relevant documentation.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSE management system.
  • Coordinate closely with site and operations teams to ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards and requirements.
  • Perform other assigned HSE-related duties to support departmental objectives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with a robust background in Health, Safety, and Environment, particularly within the oil & gas or energy services sector. This role requires an individual who can work effectively and independently in dynamic field and site environments, demonstrating strong communication and reporting skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in HSE/Safety, with a preference for experience in oil & gas or energy services.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco sites/projects and familiarity with Aramco HSE requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and site safety practices.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 7,500 to SAR 11,250, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
