Information Technology Supervisor

About the Role

Avensys Consulting is seeking an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to lead the overall IT function. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and involves ensuring system scalability and aligning technology with business objectives across all subsidiaries. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide IT strategies, policies, and standardized processes.
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud systems, and manage helpdesk/incident resolution.
• Manage ERP systems, drive automation initiatives, and lead innovative technology projects.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure readiness for regulatory audits.
• Supervise IT staff, manage the group IT budget, and negotiate with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT functions and align technology with business goals.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
