IT Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an IT Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure within the hotel environment. The IT Supervisor contributes to guest satisfaction by delivering reliable technology experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Address technology equipment and connectivity service requests promptly to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and cellular services, adhering to Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Maintain and manage the inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets.
• Install, set up, and dismantle A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas.
• Provide technical support and training for hardware and software issues to end-users.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, resolve internal and external concerns, and authorize necessary billing adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Document completed repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests for all technology equipment, flagging any issues that require further attention.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an IT support or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and support in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing IT inventory, including hardware and software.
• Experience with installations and troubleshooting of A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment.
• Strong technical support skills and the ability to provide user training.
