The Role of Inside Sales Engineer

Rotork is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is central to providing customer service by managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and orders from initial receipt through to final delivery. The Inside Sales Engineer will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing departments to ensure all customer requirements are met, while proactively communicating updates and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customer RFQs, ensuring accurate interpretation and understanding of requirements.
• Engage in negotiation with both customers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules or specific requirements.
• Manage and execute customer orders effectively, from contract review to coordination with factory and engineering teams to ensure precise delivery.
• Collaborate with the Quality department to investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring customer expectations are managed until resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability as a problem-solver.
• Experience within the valve industry.
• Good knowledge of actuators.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam. The role involves working collaboratively across multiple internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
