Job Description
About the Role
SRG is seeking an Investigation & Whistleblowing Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves managing whistleblowing complaints and conducting independent investigations to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, assess, and manage whistleblowing complaints and allegations.
- Conduct independent and confidential investigations in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Collect, review, and analyze relevant documents, records, and other evidence.
- Conduct interviews with relevant employees and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the protection of sensitive information throughout the investigation process.
- Identify potential legal, ethical, compliance, and governance risks arising from reported cases.
- Prepare clear, factual, and well-supported investigation reports, including findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Internal Audit, and other relevant functions when required.
- Ensure proper documentation, case tracking, and secure recordkeeping of all whistleblowing matters.
- Follow up on agreed corrective and remedial actions arising from investigations.
- Support the continuous improvement of whistleblowing procedures and investigation protocols.
- Ensure all investigations are conducted objectively, fairly, and without conflicts of interest.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough and impartial investigations.
- Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and compliance frameworks.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for conducting interviews and coordinating with stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed and factual reports.
