About Lion-Inc and the IT Presales Engineer Role

Lion-Inc is a comprehensive security and technology systems integrator, specializing in CCTV, Access Control, SCADA/BMS, ITS/TMS, Fiber Optics, and AI Analytics. We serve prominent clients including Al Othaim, SAL, AICC, Qiddiya, and KOC. We are seeking an IT Presales Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity, with operations across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

Role Purpose and Scope

The IT Presales Engineer supports the operations team by translating client technical requirements into deliverable and competitive solutions and proposals. This role involves assessing project scope against the company's technical capabilities and ensuring alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical specifications and RFPs/RFQs for new projects, assessing scope against the company's technical capabilities.
• Develop solution designs in coordination with the engineering team across CCTV, Access Control, SCADA/BMS, and ITS systems.
• Support Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation in close collaboration with the pricing team.
• Attend client technical meetings and deliver technical presentations.
• Prepare technical responses to tender/RFI/RFQ inquiries.
• Track and evaluate vendor products and solutions (*, Hikvision, Trassir, Honeywell) for fit with upcoming projects.
• Support Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) submissions for major projects (*, Qiddiya, Riyadh-based tenders).
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and SCADA/BMS systems.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for technical proposals and cost estimation support.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Nitaqat/Saudization requirements is considered a plus, particularly for roles supporting government/semi-government projects.

Compensation and Work Environment

This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750. The role involves working within a dynamic team environment, coordinating with sales and operations across our key locations in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
