Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services is seeking a Presales Engineer AI & Data Solutions to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to supporting the sales process for advanced AI and data platform solutions, working within a dynamic technology environment.

The Role

The Presales Engineer AI & Data Solutions serves as a key technical liaison, bridging customer business needs with appropriate technological offerings. This position involves active participation in the sales cycle, from initial requirement gathering to the final proposal presentation, focusing on AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, compliance matrices, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and implementation partners to obtain technical information, solution designs, and pricing inputs.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with senior presales consultants to develop AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM) under the guidance of senior team members.
• Follow up with vendors and partners for technical clarifications and proposal support.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, technical documents, and vendor collateral.
• Pursue AI, cloud, and vendor certifications as part of continuous professional development.
• Stay updated on AI, cloud, and data technologies relevant to the company's business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in presales, technical support, systems engineering, or IT consulting.
• Experience in responding to RFPs or preparing technical proposals is preferred.

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, databases, networking, or enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts is an advantage.
