GE Vernova is seeking a Junior Service Customer Account Manager MEAT to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is integral to ensuring sustainable customer success and growth throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle. The role emphasizes providing expertise in areas such as training, professional service, technical support, renewals, achievement of results, retention, expansion, and customer care, with a strong focus on digital solutions.

Role Scope and Framework

The incumbent is responsible for the quality of their own work, operating under direct operational supervision and adhering to prescribed work instructions and system checks. This role functions within a precisely defined operational framework, generally following a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks to achieve final results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects at various customer locations, including coordinating the activities of employees and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project.
• Manage customer interactions, which may involve placing orders, resolving specification issues, handling correspondence, and providing regular updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and negotiate/coordinate with employees as appropriate.
• Apply general business knowledge developed through education or past experience, understanding how the team's work contributes to the overall area.
• Solve problems using established procedures, consulting supervisors or more senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve problems.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as an interface between customers and GE Vernova.
• Communicate technical information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

Required Qualifications

• Basic experience, typically 0-1 years, in a relevant field.
• Knowledge comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
