The Opportunity: Medical Representative

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join our team in Dammam. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who are committed to improving access to medicine and building strong relationships within the healthcare community. The role focuses on promoting Hikma's products and achieving sales targets while upholding the company's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated sales targets and activities, assessing performance against established goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, through organized appointments and events.
• Inform and engage healthcare providers to encourage the prescription, dispensing, and use of Hikma products to meet sales objectives.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products by continuously learning and sharing relevant information with healthcare professionals.
• Gather current information on doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability and territory coverage, provide regular reporting and feedback, and monitor competitor activities and products.
• Follow up on and review Hikma products' market performance based on client responses and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/reports for the supervisor/manager as requested and agreed upon, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company rules and regulations in a compliant manner.
