Role Overview

GSK is seeking a Medical Representative with 0-1 years of experience for a full-time position in Dammam. This role involves engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) within an assigned territory to support patient care, focusing on GSK's vaccine portfolio. The Medical Representative will build trust, deliver solutions, and facilitate scientific discussions while upholding GSK values.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to HCPs by providing tailored solutions and promoting GSK products, aligning with GSK’s patient-focused approach.
• Utilize approved promotional materials effectively while ensuring compliance with GSK policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Saudi regulations.
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with HCPs to support patient care.
• Organize and lead group doctor meetings to share medical insights and product information.
• Continuously gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to optimize strategies.

Accountabilities

• Attain and maintain GSK’s standards for product and disease knowledge.
• Complete annual certifications and adhere to all related SOPs, policies, and Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Meet defined efficiency and effectiveness Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring optimal execution of activities.
• Ensure proper care and use of GSK assets while optimizing company resources.
• Create and implement timely territory and call plans, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Achieve skill standards as measured by Good Sell Outcome (GSO) metrics.
• Execute all activities in compliance with GSK’s policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Strive to achieve high levels of HCP satisfaction within the assigned territory.
