About the Role

National Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on-site across various projects. The Mobile Crane Operator will contribute to project success by operating state-of-the-art equipment in an environment where safety and precision are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning loads according to project specifications, adhering to safety regulations and operational standards.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and equipment, identify issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate lifts, ensuring effective communication to prevent accidents and facilitate timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including load weights and operational hours, for project reporting and compliance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, conducting safety briefings for crew members before operations to promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of crane equipment, ensuring all components are securely installed and operational for each lift.
• Monitor weather and site conditions to determine safe crane operation, making necessary adjustments for safety and efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to junior operators and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance and safety.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and operational best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Operator.
• Demonstrated ability to operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational standards for crane operations.
