Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Freight Care Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on coordinating shipments and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Air, Sea, and Land Freight shipments.
• Handle shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Prepare and check shipping and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents.
• Follow up on customs clearance and delivery status.
• Update customers regularly regarding shipment progress.
• Resolve operational issues and delays promptly.
• Maintain proper shipment records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth shipment handling.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
• Good knowledge of Air, Sea & Land Freight operations.
• Experience in shipping documentation and shipment coordination.
• Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
