BDP International is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in Dammam as a Logistic Service Executive. This full-time position involves contributing to the efficient coordination and execution of logistics operations, upholding the company's commitment to service excellence.

Overview of the Logistic Service Executive Role

The Logistic Service Executive is responsible for managing customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all processes align with client requirements and internal procedures. This role is central to maintaining operational flow and customer satisfaction within the logistics framework, operating in accordance with BDP Ethics.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders.
• Conduct plausibility analysis of customer orders.
• Plan, book, and manage transportation orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customs processing for both export and import operations.
• Perform documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing tasks.
• Provide timely feedback and reporting to customers (internal and external) via various communication channels including mail, phone, and EDI.
• Address and resolve operational troubleshooting issues.
• Report non-conformances in line with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process freight audit payments.

Experience and Educational Background

• A minimum of three years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
• A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Software applications and other market-leading software applications relevant to logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to handle orders and documentation punctually and flawlessly.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for effective customer interaction and shipment follow-up.

Operational Standards and Collaboration

The Logistic Service Executive is expected to maintain high operational standards, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with BDP International's ethical guidelines and established procedures. This includes fostering effective cooperation with approved subcontractors, ensuring all engagements adhere to agreed rates and company standards for operational integrity.
