Portfolio Manager Joint Ventures

Overview of the Role

Coefficient Alliances & Ventures (Coefftalent) is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager Joint Ventures to oversee and manage joint ventures within the industrial and energy sectors across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and requires deep industry expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to drive long-term value creation across a diversified portfolio. The role involves working with a prominent business conglomerate client.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial evaluation of investment and joint venture opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reviews of joint venture financial performance and reporting to senior management.
• Escalate critical issues requiring senior management's immediate attention and decision-making.
• Monitor portfolio performance across power, oil & gas, manufacturing, and related sectors.
• Participate in board meetings and conduct daily reviews of joint venture operations.
• Prepare detailed Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for the division.
• Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Audit joint venture operations and conduct financial analysis to ensure compliance and performance.

Business Development and Strategic Growth

• Identify and evaluate potential joint venture opportunities, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Assess project viability and long-term value creation potential.
• Support expansion initiatives across core sectors.

Team Leadership and Development

Initially, this role will function as an individual contributor, supported by the board. The Portfolio Manager will gradually build and lead a dedicated team to manage portfolio operations, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight across multiple joint ventures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, joint ventures, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in the industrial and energy sectors.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to drive value creation and manage diversified portfolios.
