About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures, leveraging an understanding of Napco National's business environment and objectives.
Communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, within a business context.
Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources, evaluating results to create reports that support decision-making processes.
Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives.
Gather and analyze data to effectively respond to complex or problematic situations, developing solutions that add value for the company and its customers.
Serve as a lead auditor, providing guidance, assistance, and evaluation to internal auditors.

Required Competencies

Ability to understand and apply business policies and procedures.

Fluency in both spoken and written national and foreign languages.
