The Role of Production Engineer in Dammam

Eaton is seeking a Production Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role is central to leading production activities and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The Production Engineer will work collaboratively within a dynamic environment to ensure operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

The Production Engineer will be responsible for:

• Leading daily production activities and coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production team leaders.
• Focusing on improving key performance indicators including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensuring the integrity of SAP master data relevant to production processes.

Process Improvement and Compliance

This position actively contributes to operational excellence and safety standards by:

• Implementing effective process design and Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production.
• Utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges.
• Actively supporting equipment safety and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
• Embedding safe work practices into all manufacturing processes.
• Coordinating equipment safety and guarding requirements with the HSE department, aligning with MESH (Eaton Environmental, Health and Safety) and applicable regulatory standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Production Engineer role should possess 5-8 years of relevant experience. This position is suitable for individuals eager to develop their expertise in a manufacturing environment.
