About the Recreation Supervisor Role

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position is central to maintaining the high standards of our club facilities and ensuring efficient daily operations within the health club area.

Role Overview

As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the club’s facilities and employees, particularly in the absence of the Assistant Recreation Manager. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all health club area responsibilities are executed efficiently and in a timely manner, upholding operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager and the recreation team.
• Thoroughly understand and consistently enforce the club’s rules and regulations.
• Update and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all work areas and ensure all employees are fully trained to perform their duties according to established standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all facilities, memberships, and services offered by the club.
• Implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists for all relevant employees, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure the club premises are clean, tidy, and properly set up at all times.
• Maintain all safety and cleaning standards throughout daily operations.
• Ensure that guests adhere to all club’s rules and regulations.
• Prepare the weekly duty roster for the recreation team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated recreation professionals with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence within a health club environment.
