Role Overview

As the Regional Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams across the IMEA region. The primary objective of this full-time position, based in Dammam, is to enhance manufacturing capabilities, implement advanced technologies, and support strategic growth initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead engineering projects, including process upgrades, capital investments, and operational excellence programs.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.
• Collaborate with site, regional, and global teams to standardize best practices and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and engineering standards across all activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in process engineering and manufacturing operations. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required to effectively manage regional initiatives and lead complex engineering projects.
