- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
- Identify and secure major clients, with a focus on long-term logistics partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers across the industry.
- Leverage CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipelines and performance.
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
- Lead and empower the sales team, ensuring target achievements and team growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations) to align goals.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in freight, logistics, or land transport companies in Saudi Arabia.
