One of the largest logistics and transportation companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, headquartered in Dammam, is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead its strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • Identify and secure major clients, with a focus on long-term logistics partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers across the industry.
  • Leverage CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipelines and performance.
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Lead and empower the sales team, ensuring target achievements and team growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations) to align goals.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in freight, logistics, or land transport companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Established industry network and strong connections in the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven sales approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- 4 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; other languages are preferred.
- Ability to perform the job requires frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility.
