Security Systems & Low Current Supervisor

About the Role

Zamil Services is seeking a Security Systems & Low Current Supervisor (ELV) to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate daily installation activities for integrated security and low-current systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in security system installations, site supervision, workforce management, and quality control, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily installation activities for ELV and security systems, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Lead technicians and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring work progress and productivity.
• Oversee the installation of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and intercom systems.
• Supervise cable pulling, routing, termination, labeling, containment, and equipment mounting.
• Ensure proper installation of control panels, network cabinets, racks, junction boxes, and field devices.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers to resolve technical issues, site constraints, and material shortages.
• Conduct installation quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Support pre-commissioning activities, including cable testing, continuity checks, and basic functional testing.
• Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate the closure of punch-list items.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience supervising technicians, subcontractors, and site installation activities.
• 5-10 years of experience in security systems and low current supervision.
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or HCIS-related projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and intercom systems.
• Good understanding of cable management, termination, equipment mounting, and installation quality standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves full-time work within project sites, often in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, or HCIS-related environments. The position requires active supervision and coordination of on-site installation teams.
