Role Overview

** Air Conditioning LLC is seeking a Service Sales Engineer – HVAC (After Sales) to join its After Sales team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on providing after-sales support, including troubleshooting, warranty management, and ensuring the optimal performance of SKM systems. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warranty and service complaints, ensuring timely resolution within established KPIs.
• Perform troubleshooting on various HVAC equipment, including chillers, AHUs, DX systems, and package units.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and prepare detailed service reports.
• Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance operations.
• Supervise on-site technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Assist in customer training programs and prepare necessary technical documentation.
