About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Sr. Sales Director JIS to lead its operations in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for driving business performance and market expansion within the Saudi Arabian affiliate.

Role Overview and Strategic Impact

The Sr. Sales Director JIS will hold comprehensive accountability for the Saudi Arabia affiliate, encompassing legal, regulatory, governmental relations, compliance, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance. This role requires a strong strategic leader capable of translating global initiatives into effective local business plans and significantly expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Saudi Arabia affiliate, overseeing legal, regulatory, governmental relations, compliance, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Develop and execute market and sales strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
• Drive new business development, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand market presence.
• Translate global strategic initiatives into actionable local business plans.
• Collaborate closely with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and audit requirements.
• Oversee Sales, Service, Engineering, HSE, Property Management, and Quality functions to ensure operational excellence.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), drive accountability, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability, local regulations, and company policies.
• Lead organizational transformation and change-management initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• University degree is required.
• Minimum of 20+ years of Sales/Business Development experience specifically within the Saudi Oil & Gas market.
• Proven P&L ownership and overall business accountability.
• Leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports and an overall workforce of 50+ employees, including team leaders.
• Strong track record in Sales & Business Development, with an established Saudi customer network.
• Experience working within multinational/matrix organizations.

• Strong understanding of the aftermarket business model.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi customer landscape, business structures, and local practices.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate global strategies into actionable local plans.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
