Storekeeper

About the Role

Seara International is seeking a Storekeeper for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of raw materials, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance, to support manufacturing operations. The Storekeeper ensures high stock accuracy, strict adherence to food safety and cold chain standards, and precise ERP system logging.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging supplies against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes, verifying packaging integrity, batch/lot details, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and conducting mandatory temperature checks for cold and frozen inventory.
• Execute strict First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO) stock rotation protocols, tracking batch, lot, and expiry dates to prevent degradation or expired stock from reaching production lines.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies to maintain high stock accuracy.
• Monitor and log environmental and temperature conditions for cold rooms, freezer stores, and ambient warehouse zones, maintaining proper material segregation for raw food ingredients, allergens, packaging, and sanitation chemicals.
• Log all material receipts, issuances, internal transfers, and returns accurately in the ERP / Warehouse Management System (WMS) (*, SAP) and issue raw materials promptly to production based on approved requisitions.
• Enforce Food Safety, Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), and HACCP standards, maintaining clean and organized storage spaces using 5S housekeeping principles.
• Comply with all company Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, including safe manual handling and secure material handling equipment operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of general warehouse experience, with proven expertise in a raw materials warehouse within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, Cold Chain, or Meat Processing sector.
• Thorough understanding of raw material handling workflows, receiving verification, stock reconciliation, and production support.
• Hands-on experience posting transactions and managing inventory balances in ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong working knowledge of FIFO/FEFO methods, lot traceability, food safety standards (GWP/HACCP/SFDA), and workplace EHS rules.
• High School Diploma or Logistics Diploma preferred.
• Certified Forklift Operator license is a strong advantage.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic manufacturing support environment, requiring adherence to strict cold chain, food safety, and general warehouse safety protocols. The position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region.
