About the Technical Coordinator Role

Napco National is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on maintaining and enhancing product quality and process efficiency within manufacturing operations. The role involves applying technical expertise to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for quality incidents or non-conforming products, proposing preventive and corrective actions.
• Test, inspect, and benchmark machine and process parameters in various QC labs using a range of equipment, comparing against performance and standard limits to identify and address deviations.
• Utilize data from testing to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements, ensuring specifications and standards are met.
• Create new products and processes, and enhance existing ones in terms of performance and cost, conducting trials, verifications, and validations to ensure safety and alignment with standards.
• Set testing criteria and non-conformity limits for the Quality Control process based on customer requirements and product performance.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products against performance and engineering standards to identify and resolve deviations.
• Identify and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring and controlling the Quality Control process to achieve high product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Operate production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other instructions.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and NAPCO standards to protect personnel, property, and prevent market losses.

Required Core Competencies

• Demonstrated business acumen, with an understanding of the business environment and the ability to interpret and apply internal policies.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver information clearly and concisely in a business context.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including collecting, interpreting, and evaluating data to support decision-making.
• Competency in national and foreign languages, both spoken and written.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities to efficiently manage work activities and meet objectives.
• Technological ability to effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems, and software.
