The Role: Technical Trainer, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
LCI is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality technical and vocational training in NDT, industrial inspection, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC). The position combines theoretical learning with practical, workplace-relevant activities to ensure comprehensive skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom-based, workshop, and practical technical training sessions.
- Facilitate learning through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities.
- Support trainees in applying NDT methods, inspection principles, QA/QC, safety, and workplace best practices.
- Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training facilities, equipment, and resources in a safe and effective condition.
Curriculum Development and Standards
- Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
- Integrate project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies into training delivery.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong NDT and industrial inspection experience, coupled with excellent teaching and facilitation skills. A commitment to delivering engaging and industry-relevant learning experiences is essential for this role. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
Employment Details
This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The salary offered for this role is SAR 23,095 per month.
