About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Telephone Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing communications and providing support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address guest requests and inquiries, providing a wide range of services to guide them through their stay.
• Process operational needs and complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share information about local area highlights to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and guest information.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures. Employees are expected to be on their feet and moving around, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position also involves taking a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
