About the Trainee Engineer Role

We are seeking a Trainee Engineer to join our Manufacturing Plant in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level, full-time position specifically open to Saudi Nationals only. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to daily production activities within a manufacturing environment.

Role Purpose and Focus

The primary purpose of this role is to provide hands-on support in various production areas while gaining comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes. The Trainee Engineer will work closely with experienced teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established procedures, laying a foundational understanding of industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Learn and strictly follow all manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide support to production teams to help achieve daily production targets and objectives.
Contribute to efforts aimed at minimizing material waste and improving overall production efficiency.
Support activities related to production documentation and reporting.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

A significant aspect of this role involves upholding quality standards and supporting quality control functions. The Trainee Engineer will be responsible for:

Following all company quality standards and established procedures.
Assisting the Quality Control (QC) team during inspections and testing processes.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a Saudi National.
0-1 year of professional experience.
A strong willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
