As a key player in our Supply Chain department at Al Manhal Water Factory in Dammam, you will be responsible for managing operations related to our warehouses and distribution centers. Your goal will be to optimize our logistics network to ensure high-quality service, low costs, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with Nestlé Health, Safety and Environmental standards in all warehouse and distribution environments.
• Improve performance and KPIs through effective warehouse strategies, quality control procedures, and daily operational checks.
• Manage logistics operations across WH, factories, and distribution centers in collaboration with various teams.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to swiftly resolve urgencies or issues.
• Identify areas for improvement in logistics operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop team capabilities to align with overall business strategies and objectives.

Key Experiences:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or transportation.
• Familiarity with SAP and operational processes related to supply chain management.
• Experience in managing logistics projects and optimizing distribution networks.

About the Role
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is accountable for overseeing and leading warehouse operations across various sites, ensuring streamlined workflows, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role demands robust leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to regional warehouse sites.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage and monitor warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, productivity, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align warehouse goals with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate and implement warehouse technologies and automation solutions.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing plans, and capital expenditures pertaining to warehousing.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing warehouse or distribution center operations, ideally with multi-site leadership responsibilities.
• Successful track record in leading large teams and complex warehouse networks.
• Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory control, and warehouse automation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel between warehouse sites as required.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Light Duty Driver to join our team in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods, materials, and personnel as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate light duty vehicles (*, pickups, vans, small trucks) in compliance with Saudi traffic laws and company regulations.
• Transport goods, materials, documents, and personnel to and from specified locations in Dammam and surrounding areas.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of items.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip) to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior.
• Accurately log trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must hold a valid Saudi Arabian Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Proven experience as a Light Duty Driver in Saudi Arabia.
• Good knowledge of Dammam city roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to read and understand maps and use GPS navigation systems.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Good communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks if required.
• Clean driving record.
