About the Role
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is accountable for overseeing and leading warehouse operations across various sites, ensuring streamlined workflows, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role demands robust leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to regional warehouse sites.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
  • Manage and monitor warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, productivity, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align warehouse goals with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement warehouse technologies and automation solutions.
  • Oversee budgeting, staffing plans, and capital expenditures pertaining to warehousing.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing warehouse or distribution center operations, ideally with multi-site leadership responsibilities.
  • Successful track record in leading large teams and complex warehouse networks.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS systems, inventory control, and warehouse automation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel between warehouse sites as required.
