Job Summary

We are looking for a supervisor with experience in supervising the implementation of finishing and decoration works for restaurants and commercial stores, ensuring the quality of execution and adherence to plans and schedule.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Supervising the implementation of finishing and decoration works in projects.

* Managing and following up with subcontractors and coordinating between them.

* Providing a network of contractors and implementers for finishing works.

* Following up on the quality of execution and compliance of works with plans.

* Submitting periodic reports on project progress.

Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience within the Kingdom in finishing and decorating restaurants or commercial branches.

* Experience in implementing restaurant or commercial store projects.

* Possess a strong base of subcontractors and implementers.

* Ability to read plans and manage project sites.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between project sites.
