About the Role

exceptional interiordecor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman – Interior Fit-Out to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supervising daily site activities and ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects according to the highest standards.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Site Foreman will play a pivotal role in managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, and upholding quality across various interior finishing works. This position requires a proactive approach to site supervision and problem-solving to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and manage labor teams effectively.
• Ensure all work is executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and all site personnel.
• Monitor workmanship quality, productivity levels, and adherence to schedules.
• Provide daily progress reports and communicate any site issues to the Site Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures.
• Resolve day-to-day site challenges to support efficient and timely project execution.
• Monitor material usage and maintain high standards of site housekeeping.
• Oversee a range of architectural fit-out works, including woodwork, joinery, flooring installations, stone and marble cladding, ceramic and porcelain tiling, and ceiling and wall finishes.
• Ensure exceptional workmanship, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail across all finishing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven and mandatory experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of various finishing works and construction methods.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings.

Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address site issues promptly and efficiently.
• A valid driving license is preferred for this role.
