General Responsibilities:

• Support project execution in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, HSE, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, other PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes.
• Participate in progress meetings and reporting.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and maintain documentation.
• Support construction completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power projects.
• Experience in EPC and/or PMC environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site (onshore/offshore).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the Middle East and exposure to offshore platforms and pipelines.
• Prior involvement in pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
