About the Faculty Positions

The Department of Integrated Design at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), located in Dhahran, is seeking to appoint qualified faculty members. These full-time positions are available at all professorial ranks: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor. KFUPM is looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in both teaching and research within the field of Integrated Design.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to dedicate approximately 35-40 hours per week to professional duties. Core responsibilities for this faculty role include:

• Delivering high-quality instruction and teaching courses.
• Conducting and publishing research in relevant design fields.
• Providing academic advising to students.
• Undertaking administrative duties as required by the department.
• Performing any other academic duties assigned by the academic department.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following academic and professional criteria:

• An earned ** degree from a reputable university in one of the relevant disciplines listed below.
• Full-time bachelor’s and master’s degrees with very good academic grades.
• Possession of a certificate equivalency if the degree was obtained from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
