About the Role

The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran is seeking applicants for multiple full-time Lecturer positions. • Operations Research
• Production Systems/Supply Chain Management
• Quality Control/Statistics/Data Science
• Engineering Economics
• Industrial Information Systems
• Human Factors/Economics

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to engage in high-quality teaching and contribute to the department's academic mission. Responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling departmental teaching requirements, including teaching undergraduate courses and developing lab activities.
• Incorporating recent advancements in their area of study into course content.
• Initiating and maintaining research activities or projects with faculty members, aiming for peer-reviewed publications in high-impact professional journals.
• Actively participating in departmental and university service, including program development and other assigned duties.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven teaching experience.
• Experience with a programming language, with a preference for Python and Jupyter notebooks.
• Excellent communication skills.
