About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Liaisonman to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time position involves critical coordination between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operational logistics and personnel movements within the oil and gas sector. The role requires a professional with significant experience in liaison and coordination, particularly within offshore and onshore environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
• Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
• Follow up on visas, medical examinations, training certificates, and all other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to manpower and personnel movements.
• Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE departments, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Efficiently resolve daily personnel and logistical issues as they arise.
• Ensure strict compliance with both client and company requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant liaison or coordination experience.
• Proven experience in offshore and Gas operations is mandatory.
• Experience in onshore and Oil & Gas environments is also required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A mandatory IADC certificate.
• BOSIET/H2S and other relevant offshore certifications are preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of offshore mobilization processes and personnel logistics.
• Good command of the English language.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dhahran, Eastern, and operates on a full-time basis. The Liaisonman will work within a dynamic environment, coordinating across multiple teams and external parties to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
