About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Liaisonman to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves coordinating between various teams, clients, and subcontractors, with a particular focus on offshore operations. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
• Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
• Follow up on visas, medical examinations, training certificates, and all required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to manpower and personnel movements.
• Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE departments, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Efficiently resolve day-to-day personnel and logistical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with both client and company requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant liaison or coordination experience.
• Proven offshore and Gas experience is mandatory. Onshore and Oil & Gas experience is also required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of offshore mobilization processes and personnel logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of the English language.
• A mandatory IADC certificate.
• BOSIET/H2S and other relevant offshore certifications are preferred.
