NST Instructor Quartermaster

About the Role

BAE Systems is seeking a NST Instructor – Quartermaster to join our team in Dhahran. This full-time position involves delivering specialized naval training and supporting various instructional activities, ensuring high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Naval Specialty Training curriculum, with a specific focus on Quartermaster elements.
• Support invigilation activities during assessments.
• Provide support for remedial training activities.
• Develop and write assessment materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media.
• Prepare Trainee reports as required to meet customer specifications.

The successful candidate will operate with absolute integrity and professionalism. This role requires fulfilling all reasonable requests from the NST Management Team that align with Company business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in the relevant specialty.
• At least two (2) years of recent instructional experience, acquired within the last six (6) years.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of navigation and chart upkeep procedures.
• Familiarity with Maritime Tactical and Administration Voice procedures.
• Understanding of Visual Signaling Techniques, including flags and Morse code.
• Experience and knowledge of operating a Bridge Trainer.
